In this essay, published in Ekstasis Magazine, I reflect on the impact of the pandemic on outer and inner rhythm and the stay-at-home orders as an opportunity to go deeper into the spiritual life. I focus on El Greco's "The Baptism of Christ" as a visual analogue for the universal concept of the cosmic dance as a form of divine rhythm in our everyday lives.
